Dr. Baron is a native of New Jersey who graduated with high honors from Rutgers University with a degree in Biology. He then attended the prestigious New York University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Upon completion of dental school in 2009, Dr. Baron was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army Dental Corps and remained on active duty for over 11 years. He served tours of duty at Fort Jackson, SC, Fort Stewart, GA, Fort Riley, KS, Seoul, Korea, and Fort Gordon, GA, where he completed a two-year residency in Endodontics, graduating in 2015. Dr. Baron spent his final 3 years of service at Fort Huachuca, AZ, presiding as Commander. In the spring of 2021, Dr. Baron and family relocated to Buffalo Grove, IL and he has been performing root canal treatment and numerous other endodontic procedures at Advanced Care in Endodontics since that time. Dr. Baron continues to serve in the US Army as a Reservist and hopes to do so to retirement from the Federal Service.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, Dr. Baron has completed all necessary steps to become Board Certified. This distinction is the pinnacle achievement in the field of endodontics and makes Dr. Baron one of 26 practicing endodontists in the Chicago Suburbs who are Board Certified.

Dr. Baron is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists. He has a passion for education and is looking forward to opportunities that add value to the greater dental community in Buffalo Grove and the surrounding cities.

Dr. Baron lives in Buffalo Grove with his wife, Rachel, and son, Liam. In his spare time, Dr. Baron enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and community outreach with his local church.
